We want every engagement to be fair on both sides. This page explains when refunds apply and how cancellations are handled.
Our services are time and production based. Once work on a cycle has started — strategy, shoots, design, publishing or campaign setup — the fee for that cycle is non-refundable.
If work has not yet started on a paid cycle, you may request a full refund of that cycle within 5 days of payment.
You may cancel an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. We will complete deliverables covered by the current paid cycle and no further invoices will be raised.
Ad spend is paid to the advertising platform, not to Attri Solutions. Any unspent budget held by us is returned in full; amounts already spent on the platform cannot be recovered.
For websites and shoots, the booking advance is non-refundable once the slot is reserved or pre-production has begun, as it secures resources and calendar time.
Email hello@attrisolutions.com with your business name and invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
